The Samsung F110 MiCoach is a lifestyle handset, specifically aimed at those who take their training seriously. The MiCoach is equipped with the Adidas MiCoach system and can be used to monitor yourself during a workout and to record your progress after each session. A heart monitor straps around your chest and transmits your heart rate to the phone. There is also a step counter which can measure your steps, speed and distance. The statistics are stored on the phone and can be uploaded to the net. The MiCoach on O2 also has a camera, and an MP3 player.
